The Associaci\u00f3 de Restaurants de la Part Alta de Tarragona<\/strong> (ARPA<\/strong>) is organizing, between 4 and 21 February, a brand new edition of the so-called \u201cSomriu a la crisi<\/strong>\u201d gastronomy festival (literally, Laugh at Recession), a selection of set and tasting menus at very reasonable prices. The project, which will hold its 5th edition this year, gathers ten establishments in total: AQ Restaurant<\/strong>, Arcs Restaurant<\/strong>, Ares Restaurant<\/strong>, El Llagut<\/strong>, Entrecopes<\/strong>, La Nova Taverna<\/strong>, Palau del Bar\u00f3<\/strong>, Quim Quima<\/strong>, Rac\u00f3 de l\u2019Abat<\/strong> and Sadoll Restaurant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can be prescribed with three different “pill-like” menus during the gastronomy festival: tasting menus at 19\u20ac and 32\u20ac, and set menus at 19\u20ac. The \u201cSomiu a la crisi<\/strong>\u201d festival also gathers eleven wine producers of seven different designations of origin and the Inedit Damm<\/strong> beer, with the same conditions as in last year\u2019s edition; that is, you get a free bottle of wine for every bottle you order in the restaurant. <\/p>\n
