The so-called Tarragona Family Week<\/a><\/strong> is back, once again, right before the start of the Easter holidays<\/strong>. As of Friday and until Friday 24 March, any family can enjoy Tarragona<\/strong> at exciting prices. During this period, hotels and campsites taking part will offer a special accommodation promotion, at just 60\u20ac per day, for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Besides, 4 restaurants in the city (Balandra<\/a><\/strong>, El Corte Ingl\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>, El Llagut<\/a><\/strong> and C\u00f2cvla<\/strong>) will be in charge of Family Week<\/strong>\u2019s food offer, with set menus at just 17\u20ac per adult and 7\u20ac per kid. On top of this, this project will add exclusive discounts on shops taking part, free entrance to museums and monuments in the city, and a number of activities, most of which will also be free of charge thanks to a bespoke bracelet, and other taking part outdoors with important discounts.<\/p>\n

Rules are as in past editions; families willing to take advantage of all these benefits can book any hotel or campsite taking part mentioning they\u2019re taking part in the Tarragona Family Week<\/strong> project. Once they arrive at their accommodation, they will be provided with an information leaflet and a personal non-transferrable bracelet for each one of their members. By showing this super-powers bracelet, they\u2019ll get to take advantage of all the above-mentioned benefits, discounts and free tickets.<\/p>\n

Bookings must be made directly with the different establishments and depend on their availability. This campaign starts on 18 March and ends on 24 March. There is no maximum number of bookings or days\/nights within the time of promotion. Besides, the price remains the same whether the family consists of 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 adults and 1 kid, or just 2 adults.<\/p>\n

Hotels taking part in the project are AC Tarragona<\/a><\/strong>, Hotel SB Ciutat de Tarragona<\/a><\/strong> and HUSA Imperial Tarraco<\/a><\/strong> (4 stars); Hotel Astari<\/a><\/strong>, Hotel Lauria<\/a><\/strong>, Hotel Nuria<\/a><\/strong>, Hotel SB Express<\/a><\/strong> and Hotel Urbis<\/a><\/strong> (3 stars); and Hotel Catalunya Express<\/a><\/strong> (2 stars). For those willing to stay in a campsite, here\u2019s the ones taking part: Caled\u00f2nia<\/a><\/strong>, Las Palmeras<\/a><\/strong>, Tamarit Park Resort<\/a><\/strong> and Torre de la M\u00f3ra<\/a><\/strong> (1st category), and Trillas Platja de Tamarit<\/a><\/strong> (2nd category).<\/p>\n

Museums and monuments available for the Tarragona Family Week<\/strong> are the Maqueta de la T\u00e0rraco romana<\/strong> (\u00c0ntiga Audi\u00e8ncia<\/strong>), Muralles-Passeig Arqueol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, Roman Praetorium<\/strong> and Circus<\/strong>, the Amphitheatre<\/strong> and the Local Forum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the Tarragona Family Week<\/strong>\u2019s main attractions is the sheer number of free activities for kids. Besides, families can also take part in various activities in the CaixaF\u00f2rum<\/strong>, e-bike<\/strong> guided tours, an amazing adventura at Jungle Trek<\/a><\/strong> or paddle surfing<\/a> lessons, at reduced prices.<\/p>\n
