The event is the 19th edition of the so-called \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TarracoATaula\">T\u00e0rraco a Taula<\/a><\/strong>\u201d gastronomic workshops, which are part of the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tarracoviva.com\">Tarraco Viva<\/a><\/strong>, the most important Roman festival in the world. Besides, <strong>El Terrat<\/strong> will offer a 35\u20ac menu. Restaurants offering the 500g mussels\u2019 tasting \u2013plus wine or beer\u2013 are <strong>Alhambra<\/strong>, <strong>C\u00f3cvla<\/strong>, <strong>El Llagut<\/strong> and <strong>Txar3Verd<\/strong>, all of which will use their own cooking techniques.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"680\" height=\"382\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KXqhH4qnWTM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Another tasting event will take place prior to the beginning of the workshops, the so-called \u201c<strong>Convivium<\/strong>\u201d, due on 11 May (8pm) in <strong>Casa Canals<\/strong>. The <strong>Comvivium<\/strong> in fact, will work as the official presentation of the \u201c<strong>T\u00e0rraco a Taula<\/strong>\u201d gastronomic workshops, as part of the <strong>Tarraco Viva<\/strong> festival.
