Family Week is back, between 18 and 24 March, with important discounts on accommodation, restaurants and shops, free activities and free entrance to museums and monuments

The so-called Tarragona Family Week is back, once again, right before the start of the Easter holidays. As of Friday and until Friday 24 March, any family can enjoy Tarragona at exciting prices. During this period, hotels and campsites taking part will offer a special accommodation promotion, at just 60€ per day, for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Besides, 4 restaurants in the city (Balandra, El Corte Inglés, El Llagut and Còcvla) will be in charge of Family Week’s food offer, with set menus at just 17€ per adult and 7€ per kid. On top of this, this project will add exclusive discounts on shops taking part, free entrance to museums and monuments in the city, and a number of activities, most of which will also be free of charge thanks to a bespoke bracelet, and other taking part outdoors with important discounts.

Rules are as in past editions; families willing to take advantage of all these benefits can book any hotel or campsite taking part mentioning they’re taking part in the Tarragona Family Week project. Once they arrive at their accommodation, they will be provided with an information leaflet and a personal non-transferrable bracelet for each one of their members. By showing this super-powers bracelet, they’ll get to take advantage of all the above-mentioned benefits, discounts and free tickets.

Bookings must be made directly with the different establishments and depend on their availability. This campaign starts on 18 March and ends on 24 March. There is no maximum number of bookings or days/nights within the time of promotion. Besides, the price remains the same whether the family consists of 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 adults and 1 kid, or just 2 adults.

Hotels taking part in the project are AC Tarragona, Hotel SB Ciutat de Tarragona and HUSA Imperial Tarraco (4 stars); Hotel Astari, Hotel Lauria, Hotel Nuria, Hotel SB Express and Hotel Urbis (3 stars); and Hotel Catalunya Express (2 stars). For those willing to stay in a campsite, here’s the ones taking part: Caledònia, Las Palmeras, Tamarit Park Resort and Torre de la Móra (1st category), and Trillas Platja de Tamarit (2nd category).

Museums and monuments available for the Tarragona Family Week are the Maqueta de la Tàrraco romana (Àntiga Audiència), Muralles-Passeig Arqueològic, Roman Praetorium and Circus, the Amphitheatre and the Local Forum.

One of the Tarragona Family Week’s main attractions is the sheer number of free activities for kids. Besides, families can also take part in various activities in the CaixaFòrum, e-bike guided tours, an amazing adventura at Jungle Trek or paddle surfing lessons, at reduced prices.

Finally, Tarraco Family Week will also provide great discounts in the following shops: K’bell, Trasquilón Perruquers“>Trasquilón Perruquers, Biking Point Tarragona, Fotografia Ferran, La La Botiga del Cafè, Joieria Zaida, Llibreria de la Rambla, Boho Chic by Maria and Chivite.
